Sometimes issues aren’t with the game itself, but with your Roblox account. If you can’t log in, it’s usually due to password problems, 2-step verification, or account restrictions. Here’s how to handle the most common cases:
🔑 Forgotten Password or PIN
Use Roblox’s “Forgot Password or Username” link on the login screen.
Enter your email or phone number linked to the account.
Check your email for reset instructions (look in spam/junk if you don’t see it).
If you forgot your parental PIN, only the account owner (parent/guardian) can reset it via email.

📧 2-Step Verification Problems
2-Step Verification (2SV) protects your account but sometimes causes login issues.
Make sure the correct email is verified on your Roblox account.
If you don’t receive the code:
Check spam/junk folders.
Wait a few minutes; sometimes there’s a delay.

If you’ve lost access to your email, you’ll need to recover it first before Roblox can help.

🚫 Account Locked or Banned
If you get a message that your account is locked or banned:
Roblox bans are not under our control — they must be appealed through Roblox Support.

If your account is locked for suspicious activity, Roblox may ask for email verification or a captcha before you can log in again.
