For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Who Pays Customs?

• By default, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees on delivery.

• These fees are charged by your local customs office or carrier, not NOYO Productions.

Prepaid Duties

• In some regions (such as the UK or Canada), a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option may be available at checkout.

• If you choose this, customs fees are included in your total payment, and you won’t need to pay extra on delivery.

Customs Forms

• International shipments must display the item’s value on the customs form, as required by law.
