Because all merchandise is made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size or color).

Refunds & Replacements

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • It arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide a short description and photos of the issue.

Lost Packages

  • If tracking hasn’t updated and your package hasn’t arrived, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and re-ship if applicable.

Return to Sender

  • If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, it may take 2–4 weeks to process.

  • Once it arrives back, we’ll contact you. You’ll have 30 days to provide a corrected address and pay the re-ship fee.
