Because all merchandise is made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size or color).
Refunds & Replacements
We will replace or refund your order if:
It arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
You contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide a short description and photos of the issue.
Lost Packages
If tracking hasn’t updated and your package hasn’t arrived, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and re-ship if applicable.
Return to Sender
If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, it may take 2–4 weeks to process.
Once it arrives back, we’ll contact you. You’ll have 30 days to provide a corrected address and pay the re-ship fee.
