Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery time = production (2–5 business days) + shipping (domestic 1–8 days, international 1–20 days).
Most domestic orders arrive within 1–2 weeks total.
Most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks total, depending on location and customs.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and shipping method.
Q: Will all items in my order ship together?
A: Not always. Orders may split into multiple packages if items are produced in different facilities. You’ll receive separate tracking emails if this happens.
Q: Will I get tracking?
A: Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your package ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size/color?
A: Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photos. We’ll replace or refund your order.
Q: What if my package is lost?
A: If your tracking hasn’t updated or the package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we’ll investigate.

A: Wash cold, gentle cycle. Avoid harsh bleach. Iron inside-out for best results.
Gifts & Receipts
Q: Will prices be shown inside the package?
A: No. Packing slips don’t include prices — perfect for gifts. International shipments must show the item value on customs forms as required by law.
Q: Can I include a gift note?
A: At this time, gift notes are not supported, but you can ship directly to a recipient without showing prices inside the package.
