💾 Data Loss & Saving

We often receive questions about whether progress, coins, or characters can be lost. The short answer is: no — permanent data loss is not possible.

🔐 How Saving Works

• All your progress (characters, stats, coins, etc.) is saved automatically on Roblox’s servers.

• Data is not stored on your device, so reinstalling the game or changing devices does not erase your progress.

• Each character and save file is tied to your Roblox account — as long as you log into the same Roblox account, your progress is safe.

⚠️ When Progress Might Not Save

• If Roblox itself has an outage or shutdown, the last few minutes of play may not save properly.

• If you disconnect suddenly (power outage, forced close, Wi-Fi drop), progress from the last seconds may not be saved.

• These are very rare and usually only affect your most recent actions.

✅ What Cannot Happen

• Your entire save cannot be deleted randomly.

• Your coins, skins, or characters cannot “vanish” without cause.

• Reinstalling Roblox will not erase your data.

If you ever feel something is missing, it is almost always due to:

• A delayed Roblox server update (data is still there, but hasn’t synced yet).

• Misunderstanding how coins/rewards are earned.

In these cases, rejoining the game usually fixes the problem.
